I had to have my truck repaired at a GM dealer (recall issue). Chris Satarian and the service department took care of everything from picking up my vehicle to returning it to me when the work was done. They even got me a rental vehicle when the GM dealer didn’t timely complete the work. Thank you Chris and everyone at Certified for another job well done and done with excellence!!!

Adam was fantastic to work with. He was very up front and honest about what he thought and took our needs seriously by putting us in a car we love. Austin and Travis were also incredibly helpful to get paperwork rolling before we went back to pick up the car. All around spectacular car buying experience and we will be going back to CAB next time we need a car.

Was so happy with the service of this dealership!! Tim Renzoni went above and beyond what could be expected of a sales guy!! He drove out of his way to meet me near my house because i had never been to Grand Island before and was nervous about getting lost. That alone was impressive. Aside from that, he seemed to read my mind throughout the whole process and made it stress free. All the people who work there had smiles on their faces too. Had a great experience buying a used truck here. No pushy sales, they were very patient, and the negotiating process was as stress free, and direct as possible when it comes to buying a vehicle. The thing that impressed me most was how helpful they were when I had an issue with the vehicle after purchase. They did everything possible to resolve the issue. When it became evident that it was unrepairable (Chevy dealership wasn’t even able to resolve after multiple attempts- all at no cost to me) they helped me find an equitable truck (which I actually like more than the original). They made that trade-in situation completely painless, and it was finalized quickly in one afternoon. They even honored the Ziebart & warranty packages I had purchased for the original without any complaints. Good group of people in sales, and their service department is also top notch. I’ll definitely start here first, the next time I’m needing to buy again.

They are amazing! We sat 9+ hours at so many dealerships trying to get into a car and they weren’t helping barely talking to us. We went here Tim greeted us at the door and by the time we got into his office pretty much everybody greeted us made us feel apart of them. They were so helpful we were there for 6 or 7 hours but they got us into a car we wanted and we are so happy!!! I definitely recommend them! Go in and ask to see Tim he’s amazing!!!
