Wonderful car-buying experience. I cannot say enough great things about the professional staff. The experience was truly easy- and not many people can say that about purchasing a vehicle. I really don't want to go anywhere else- they will have my business for a very long time and I have already told others to use them for their next vehicle purchase. Justin and Tim were just great to work with!

They're quicker than any dealer I've ever been to. I went in on a Sunday around 12:30, met with Tim and did the finance process. Walked out approved for the car I wanted before 3pm when they close. They don't pressure you into buying and are a friendly no extra sales pitch place to go. Definitely recommend to friends or anyone.

Best place in WNY to buy a used car, truck or SUV. Even if they don't have what you want in stock right now, I'd talk to them first because they may have it "in the back" or be able to get it for you. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Certified AutoBrokers and I grabbed the extended warranty also because at 70k miles it just makes sense. No point in even looking anywhere else, margins aren't what they used to be and nobody treats me half as good. Thanks T

Easy to leave a negative review somewhere, but today we need to be positive and recognize when there's a great experience to be shared. Adam Rumpf and the team at Certified WILL give you the car buying experience you're looking for. I've been looking for the "right vehicle" has been difficult dealing with other dealerships, you know, the ones with the big emblems on top... dealing with thier robotic silly demands has been tiring...I call here and they treat me like a human being and isn't that really what we're looking for? They treat me good and make sure I'm buying the right vehicle. Have had it now 2 weeks and happy. They're always willing to help those who ask.
