This is the second consecutive vehicle I have purchased from Adam and Certified Auto Brokers and both times Adam has been beyond helpful and easy to work with. Most guy sales people can be pushy at times and he is/was never that. He has made my experience not only easy/quick/enjoyable but also leaves me leaving the dealership w confidence that I was not “taken”. If you’re going to purchase a car there I highly recommend using Adam!

Great dealer. We have purchased 3 cars from them now. No used car salesman pressure - just fair dealing. They have a good inventory at fair prices and are great to work with. All concerns addressed to our satisfaction each time. The staff are all pleasant & professional. Each time- happy with the car, the deal, & the experience.

HANDS DOWN BEST DEALERSHIP IN WESTERN NY, unless you’re buying a brand new car that you can only get at a specific dealership. DONT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE. These guys are the text book example of professional all the way around. From customer service,, hospitality and of course their sales personnel. My experience was with Garrett and he knocked it our if they park. This dealership is your one stop shop for a headache free pleasant car buying experience. For them it’s about you, not a dollar sign. Forever has my business. 10/10

Walked in Saturday to take a look at trading in my Camaro for a more family friendly SUV. Having not the best credit, I was a little worried what the outcome would be.Tim did everything he could to get me approved, walked out today (Tuesday) with a beautiful Jeep! He was great at keeping in contact to get all the necessary documents ahead of time to ensure the process was as quick & smooth as possible! Nothing but great things to say about Certified! Tim Renzoni was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very patient! As a matter of fact the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere in the dealership. I felt relaxed and comfortable. No hard sales pitches. Just a lot of good conversation, laughs and cars! I love my "new" 2016 certified pre-owned Nissan Murano! As it turns out our sales person Tim Renzoni is a 3rd cousin! so there's that! 🤣 Who knew!
