This is the first dealership where I felt genuinely welcome and appreciated. There was no pressure and the help was amazing! Tim was so kind and answered questions even before I needed to ask! Seeing how Dean (the general manager) works with the crew, watching the sales team interact with their customers and each other, talking with happy customers in for service work, all made it clear to me that I was in the right place for my new vehicle. I wasn’t a commission, what I needed mattered and Tim made sure it happened!

I usually don’t take the time to write a review on anything I do but this place was great! As a army brat turned army spouse I have a list of car dealership experiences and this place hands down is my best and favorite experience ever! I had so much in common with everyone, was greeted by everyone every time I went in and not ignored. There’s no awkward waiting around for the “manager” to approve something and my salesperson, Leah, did all the ground work from magically having exactly the vehicle I was looking for in great condition, getting everything worked out on the paperwork side and doing it all so quickly! She was able to trade in my Audi Q5 for a Pathfinder in 3 days! And the best part was I didn’t have to wait for other test drivers to get it! I put $100 and it was guaranteed mine! Also, I have a very crazy busy life and it was great not having to be there for most of it. If they needed something from me she would just text me to send info or come in when I could! Easy to use website, large selection of vehicles. Setting up an appointment was quick and simple. With the tight auto market for used vehicles I was still able to see a variety of trucks I was interested in on very short notice. Justin was extremely helpful in taking me on test-rides and helping me figure out which model fit my needs and budget. He worked with me to get a great rate on financing and a really solid extended warranty plan. While I had originally planned to sell my old vehicle outright, Dean the manager gave me an amazing offer and made the trade-in process seamless. I had my new vehicle within hours after finding it in my online search. When I had a problem with one of the taillights, the entire staff coordinated to get the problem fixed quickly and free of charge, and were very pleasant to interact with as I waited. As a young woman it is easy to feel taken advantage of and scammed at auto dealerships, so it’s really nice to find a group like this when making such a major purchase to treat you fairly and respectfully.

I am 20 year old college student with little to no credit history and I was able to purchase a Chrysler 200 2015. The staff is friendly, and professional. When you come look for a guy named Adam. Adam was a great help throughout the entire process. He gave me his personal number to answer any questions that I had regarding the process and even worked on getting me a great rate ON HIS DAY OFF. Paper work was done before I arrived so all I had to do was sign. Certified Auto-brokers goes above and beyond. I recommend anyone that is looking for a car to shop here.

By luck found this awesome place and had the privilege of working with Ben Hoppe, who is more than a just car salesman, he's all around honest, informative and helpful ! He helped me find the perfect car for my daughter with the best value! He takes the time to explain everything and even went the extra mile to help her connect her phone to the car 😊. The fact that the cars are certified and thoroughly checked with a carfax report that is available is what gives me piece of mind that she's in a mechanicanically sound and safe vehicle. The buying process was fast and easy (despite a couple of easily resolved issues on my end). Which again, he took the time to work through. Will definitely buy from here again! Thanks Ben!
