I had a special situation and the guys at Certified AutoBrokers were amazing! They reached out to me and were so helpful and understanding. Justin was always available and answered my many questions and found the help I needed quickly and happily. i was treated like a burden at other places, never here! I recommend them and will definitely be going back!

Justin was very helpful in my selection and processing of my 2014 ford fusion. He was very upbeat and he really takes pride in his job. I thought I gotta great deal on my Truck. Adam R. was awesome an not pushy, overall a great experience! He was able to help with any questions or concerns. Once Justin knew my criteria, he would send me info on new vehicles before they came one the lot. That's not something other dealers do! I would love to give a shout-out to the person who also details the cars. The car looked clean before I bought the Truck. It was on a whole other level when I drove over to pick up and finalize paperwork!

After going to a dealership in Orchard Park and dealing with 2 different salesmen who did nothing but lie to sell a car, this was such an enjoyable experience for me. They all went out of their way, especially Adam, to get the car ready and all the paperwork done for pickup. They couldn't have treated me any better! Great experience! Great car!

The entire process was fantastic. There was absolutely no pushing, and the entire experience was very comfortable. this is the first dealership I've ever been to that before I even went to see the vehicle I was texted pictures and a small video showcasing the vehicle I was looking into. I will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family for the next time anyone needs a vehicle. The whole team was wonderful, but special thanks goes out to Tim who was extremely helpful impatient with me, as I have not bought a new vehicle in over 9 years.
